DAY 6 | Onward to Abu Dhabi
Journey to the island-city of Abu Dhabi and check into the Anantara Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Spa. This afternoon, visit the Falcon Hospital which provides care for up to 200 of these amazing birds of prey. See the Grand Mosque, topped with 80 marble domes and graceful 350-foot tall minarets,
and walk in Union Square with its sculptural landmarks inspired by the customs of the United Arab Emirates. Then drive along the waterfront to Heritage Village, an open-air museum of traditional desert life. meals b
DAY 7 | Historic Abu Dhabi + The Louvre Today’s tour begins at Qasr al-Hosn; this
is the symbolic birthplace of the Emirate and tells the story of Abu Dhabi through
the evolution of the city’s oldest building. Then tour the new Louvre Abu Dhabi. With a fabulous collection ranging from prehistoric artifacts to contemporary art, the Louvre’s exhibits plumb common themes of history and humanity. Finish your touring 1,000 feet in the sky with High Tea at the Observation Deck of Jumeirah Etihad Towers. meals b
