DAY 1 | Board the mv Victory I in Chicago

DAY 2 | Leisurely cruising on Lake Michigan
This relaxing day of cruising is enriched by talks with our Great Lakes experts. meals b+l+d

the guided tour of your choice, focusing on either the Canadian or U.S. side of the border.
On the Canadian side, guests visit the Bush Plane Heritage Centre to explore the exciting history of the region’s bush-plane forest fire protection efforts.
If you choose to explore the American side, you’ll tour the Valley Camp Museum, set in the hold of a cargo ship that plied these waters from 1917 through 1966. meals b+l+d
DAY 5 | Manitoulin Island, Ontario
Sail into Georgian Bay and step ashore on Manitoulin Island to visit the Immaculate Conception Church, a focal point of island life that brings together the beliefs of the Ojibwe culture and Catholic Church. Tour the Ojibwe Cultural Foundation and participate in a smudging ceremony, an ancient ritual that uses smoke from cedar, sage, sweet grass and other plants regarded for their healing powers. A drum and dance performance offers further insight into Ojibwe culture.

DAY 6 | Cruising Lake Huron Enjoy this delightful and
enriching day of cruising.
DAY 7 | Henry Ford Museum From Ontario, you’ll cross the
bridge into the United States and visit the Henry Ford Museum. More than just a showcase of
the auto industry, this museum explores 300 years of history and innovation. Among the highlights are the limo that transported John F. Kennedy through Dallas on November 22, 1963 and the bus on which Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat in 1955.

DAY 8 | Cleveland and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
Our narrated Trolley Tour is a fun and enlightening way to explore the city’s Industrial-Age landmarks, stately homes, and grand urban spaces. At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, set
in a striking lakefront structure designed by I. M. Pei, you can explore the evolution of the musical genre that shaped a generation and track its cultural impact. meals b+l+d
DAY 9 | The Welland Canal + Niagara Falls
Opened in 1829, the Welland Canal continues to play a vital role in Great Lakes shipping. As our ship begins its Canal transit, you’ll step off in Port Colborne and travel into the lovely vineyard landscapes of the Niagara Peninsula. A thrilling Hornblower Cruise will take you through the Great Niagara Gorge and past Bridal Veil Falls into the very heart of Horseshoe Falls! Enjoy a wine-tasting and lunch on a local vineyard estate. Then explore Niagara-on-the-Lake’s charming main street before reboarding the mv Victory I, now docked in Port Weller on Lake Ontario. DAY 3 | Mackinac Island Delight in Mackinac’s Victorian era ambience on a horse-drawn carriage tour and see its splendid turn-of-the-century homes. Then tour Fort Mackinac and learn about its role during the War of 1812. Take in the views from the Grand Hotel’s verandah and enjoy the hotel’s Grand Luncheon Buffet. Before our ship sets
