DAY 5 | Mostar + Sarajevo
Journey into Bosnia & Herzegovina and
delve into the region’s complex history as you tour Mostar’s finely restored Ottoman Quarter. See Stari Most , the famous16th- century bridge that was destroyed during the conflicts of the early 1990’s; it has since been reconstructed using authentic 16th-century building methods! Continue to Sarajevo and check in to the Bristol Hotel. meals b+l+d
DAY 6 | Get to know Sarajevo
The Sarajevo Freedom Tunnel Museum offers a sobering yet inspiring look into the Siege of Sarajevo and the vital role that the tunnel played in supplying food and arms during the 3-year siege. You will also visit the 15th-century Emperor’s Mosque and the Latin Bridge where Archduke Ferdinand was assassinated in 1914. meals b+d
DAY 7 | Into Durmitor National Park Our jeep expedition into Durmitor National Park reveals its glacier-formed landscape of canyons, rivers, dense forests - and 48 peaks which soar at least 6,500 feet. Thrill to breathtaking views of the Tara Canyon, deepest in Europe, and then continue to the Bianca Resort in Kolasin. meals b+l+d
DAY 8 | Into the Highlands Travel by jeep into the Highlands of
Montenegro and thrill to vistas of the
virgin forests that cradle Biogradsko Lake. Meet with farmers who live simply in their cottages, making crafts and tending sheep. Enjoy lunch in one of these rustic cottages or have a picnic in the meadow. meals b+l+d
DAY 9 | Through Moraca Canyon
A scenic drive brings you to the 13th-century
Moraca Monastery, known for its fine frescoes. Then visit the National Museum
in Cetinje and taste local specialties like prosciutto and cheese with a local innkeeper. Continue onward to Kotor for a walking tour in this 13th-century town. Enjoy two nights at the Regent Porto Montenegro.

DAY 10 | Kotor + Budva
After breakfast, we’ll take you to nearby Budva to explore its handsome Old Town overlooking the Adriatic. At a local winery, sit down to a light lunch paired with the estate’s fine wines and brandy. Back in Kotor this afternoon, you’ll have free time before dinner to enjoy the town’s delightful setting on the edge of a deep fjord. meals b+l+d
DAY11 | BayofKotortoDubrovnik Cruise across the bay to visit Our Lady of the
Rocks, a small island home to a splendid Baroque church. Enjoy a delightful lunch in the enchanting seaside town of Perast. Then continue to Dubrovnik for a walking tour through this finely preserved walled city. Enjoy two nights at the deluxe Hilton, just steps from the city gate. meals b+l

This day is yours to explore the history and
