DAY 3 | The Flåm Railway Ascending from sea level to 3,000
feet, this morning’s rail journey brings you to Myrdal, a railway junction inaccessible by road. Transfer here
to the famous Flåm Railway, one of the world’s most scenic train rides. Descend through 20 tunnels and past viewpoints of waterfalls and deep valleys to the village of Flåm, set at the end of the Aurlandsfjord. Check in to the historic Fretheim Hotel. meals b+d
DAY 4 | Cruising two fjords
Thrill to sublime views as we take you
along the Aurlandsfjord and up the Nærøyfjord , where steep rock walls rise 4,500 feet from the sea. Behold Sagfossen Waterfall, a 2,000-foot cascade, and step off in Skjerdal. A scenic walk brings you to a family-run farm where you’ll enjoy an organic farm-to-table lunch on their terrace high above the fjord. meals b+l+d
