DAY 4 | First Nation Village
This morning, we travel just outside of
Quebec to visit Wendake, a self-governing territory of the Huron-Wendat Nation. With an authentic long-house, traditional dwellings, and a thriving community of artists, you’ll learn about their heritage and enduring traditions. Return to ship for lunch as we continue our voyage up the picturesque St. Lawrence. meals b+l+d
DAY 5 | Cruising the St. Lawrence Enjoy the fresh air from the Observation
Deck, take advantage of our Open Bar, enjoy convivial conversation with fellow passengers in one of the inviting lounges, or join a talk with our shipboard experts. meals b+l+d
DAY 6 | Ashore in Kingston, Ontario Our tour of this historic town includes
the fine Georgian architecture of Bellevue House and Queen’s University, founded in 1841 by Royal Charter from Queen Victoria. We’ll also tour the Penitentiary Museum, set in a 19th-century warden’s residence with unique exhibits from seized contraband to inmate hobbies. At the Fort Henry National Historic Site, learn about its role in the War of 1812. You also visit the Rideau Canal ; built in the first half of the 19th century and stretching more than 125 miles, its original structures are still intact and most of its locks are still operated by hand. meals b+l+d
DAY 7 | History + culture in Toronto Travel through the city’s lively downtown and theater districts to explore the St. Lawrence Market where merchants have gathered for more than 200 years. A walking tour in the Distillery District reveals a National Historic Site where Victorian-era industrial buildings
have been restored to house one-of-a-kind shops, galleries, theaters and restaurants. Before returning to ship for lunch, you’ll also enjoy a docent-guided tour of the highly regarded Art Gallery of Ontario. meals b+l+d
DAY 8 | Into the heart of Niagara Falls Travel through the lovely vineyard-laced
landscapes of the Niagara Peninsula, and embark on a thrilling Hornblower Cruise that will take you through the Great Niagara Gorge and past Bridal Veil Falls into the very heart of Horseshoe Falls. Back on land, you’ll journey along the scenic Niagara Parkway
to Château des Charmes for a vineyard tour, lunch and wine tasting. Then explore the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake before returning to ship. meals b+l+d
DAY 9 | The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame This morning’s trolley tour is a terrific way to explore the landmarks and colorful stories of Cleveland. After lunch, enjoy complimentary admission to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Set in a striking lakefront structure designed by I. M.
